I'm not the one who predicted he'd be leading the Coyotes to the playoffs. |

I for one thought the game was entertaining. Gagner didnt look bad. He was one of the guys you noticed on the ice. I do agree that he needs to be paired with guys with scoring capability.
My question for you is. If you want Boed Gag Doan. And a shut down line of Korpi Verm Erat. Where does Hanzal fit? Both lines I would also like to see. But where does Hanzal go? |

To be honest, you really dug yourself deep with this one. Bottom line, Sam Gagner was, is and will be a 45 pts player at best. |

Well, I was sick. I knew it probably wasn't that bad.
I agree they gotta play Hanzal, but he's currently injured. If he gets back, I would like to see what he could do on a line with Gagner on the wing maybe? |

I don't think people realize that for his entire career, he's scored at a 50 point pace. Yes, he's never played enough games to crack the number, but it does mean he's fairly consistent and almost a sure bet to crack 50 points if he played ever game.
Plus, he is talented and he is still young. I don't think 70 points is unreasonable in any way. I couldn't have forseen them playing him with offensive zeros though. Eventually he'll get moved up the lineup and you'll see some offense from him. |

I assumed you watched the game. Weird to have a point of view of how it was without seeing it. |

Question
The Coyotes lost 4-3 last night to the Preds in a shootout, in what was, to me at least, the most boring game of the year so far
Would that not imply you watched the game? Have actually watched any game. I just wanna know if your views are from seeing games, or the text on tsn? |

I don't understand the confusion. I clearly stated that I was sick while watching the game and thus was wondering if it was truly a boring game or if I just didn't dig it because I was feeling like crap. |

Oh i saw him play a couple of times, he got the hands and the vision. But he doesn't play a game that compensate his lack of physicality. And he isn't great defensively neither. Just curious, why Max Domi was sent down already? This team lacks talent upfront and Shane Doan isn't getting any younger.

No one really knows why Domi was sent down. They said he wasn't ready, which is fair, although he looked good when I saw him and before he was sent down, mostly everyone around the team was saying he looked good and would most likely make it.
Personally, I can't see how he wouldn't be good enough that a year of NHL experience wouldn't be better than a fourth year of junior, especially with the team needing scoring.
However, I think it was probably a combination of desperately needing to make the playoffs for revenue and market reasons combined with getting an extra year out of him as a more developed player on an ECL. |

Yeah that was my take, but in reality, from what we've seen so far, Domi could definetly be a piece of the equation. Adding a talented forward who wants to prove himself always boost the whole forwards group. |
